Join a trial-forward litigation team in Downtown Los Angeles supporting complex, high-stakes matters in state and federal courts. This role is ideal for an experienced paralegal who thrives in discovery-intensive, trial-active cases and wants hands-on involvement from case inception through trial and appeal.

You'll work alongside collaborative attorneys who value strong litigation support and rely closely on their paralegals. Responsibilities include managing case files and discovery, supporting eDiscovery and document productions, preparing for depositions and trial, and assisting with filings, briefs, and appeals.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support trial-active litigation matters from discovery through trial and appeal
  • Manage complex discovery workflows, including large-scale collections, reviews, and productions
  • Actively support depositions, hearings, and trials (exhibits, witnesses, logistics, onsite support)
  • Maintain and organize case files, discovery logs, and production databases
  • Cite-check briefs and assist with filings in California state and federal courts
  • Partner closely with litigation support teams using industry-standard eDiscovery platforms

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years in complex litigation experience as a paralegal within California
  • Demonstrated trial experience and comfort supporting fast-moving litigation teams
  • Deep hands-on experience with eDiscovery platforms and document-intensive cases
  • Strong working knowledge of state and federal court rules and procedures
  • Advanced MS Office skills and experience with Westlaw and/or Lexis
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to operate independently under pressure
